My Story
I co-founded a Microsoft partner back in 2015. We were successful in driving millions of dollars in Microsoft-related revenue. After only a few years, I had a successful exit. Then decided to help others do what I did for my own business.
The one thing I learned is that Microsoft offers huge potential, but you have to know how to tap into it. It's not easy, but your success increases exponentially once you figure it out.
Over the last few years, I've made it my mission to demystify working with Microsoft.
As I built my own business, I had my fair share of setbacks trying to figure out the best ways to partner with Microsoft. It took several years,
BUT THEN
I discovered that there are three main pillars to partnering with Microsoft, and when all three are aligned, you can drive a consistent flow of leads from Microsoft. Once I identified each of the pillars, I was able to build a repeatable process that created a referral engine.
I have replicated this referral engine as an individual contributor and, even more importantly, implemented it across entire sales teams.
Now I share these three core pillars (mindset, mechanics, and messaging) with partners committed to growing their Microsoft practice and becoming one of Microsoft's go-to partners.
